Log in to your dashboard, go to “Upgrades/ Downgrades”, and select either the Pro or Elite Plan. Payment is processed securely online and continues monthly until cancelled.
Both plans unlock full access to job postings, unlimited applicants, and advanced candidate search. The difference lies in CV search limits: Pro allows 70 CV views per month, while Elite provides 500.
Yes, you can downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Yes. Company admins can invite team members to join under the same business email domain. Each recruiter will have their own login, and admins can track overall activity. Please note that the main account package monthly fee per user applies to these additional team members.
