About the Role
Bridge People is working with a client to recruit an experienced Fullstack Developer. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Angular, with the opportunity to contribute to system design, architecture, and implementation in a collaborative global team.

Key Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in application development or systems analysis

• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework stack

• Experience with multithreading, object-oriented design, and microservices best practices

• Hands-on Angular-based UI development experience

• Knowledge of Kafka and Python (highly desirable)

• Familiarity with SQL/Oracle databases and NoSQL DBs

• Experience with GIT, JIRA, OpenShift, Docker

• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, S3) a plus

• Understanding of AI-enabled development tools (Copilot, LLMs) beneficial

• Strong grasp of systems analysis, design, and architecture fundamentals

• Agile/Scrum methodology experience

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to design and deliver optimal technical solutions

• Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery

• Mentor developers and participate in design, code, and documentation reviews

• Analyze existing systems, identify risks, and resolve complex technical challenges

• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate progress

• Contribute to continual improvement in development processes, architecture, and technologies

• Follow engineering standards and enforce best practices across the project

• Perform consistent design and code reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes
