88 Talent is proud to partner with a leading global cargo ground handling provider at Heathrow Airport. We are seeking dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their fast-paced and dynamic operation.
As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and secure handling of international cargo, supporting airline partners in the smooth delivery of goods across the world.
Safely load and unload vehicles carrying a wide range of cargo using forklifts and other mechanical handling equipment.
Perform manual handling tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and care at all times.
Operate hand-held scanning devices to locate, identify, and track cargo.
Complete documentation and process paperwork in accordance with client and aviation requirements.
Handle special cargo products in line with safety and compliance procedures.
Build and break down aircraft pallets, prepare and palletise shipments.
Conduct cargo screening in compliance with airport security regulations.
Promote and maintain high standards of Health & Safety within the warehouse environment.
Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance or Reach) – essential.
Previous warehouse or cargo handling experience – essential.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and security practices.
Ability to work flexibly across day and night shifts.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to travel to Feltham and Heathrow.
Successful applicants will be required to complete full aviation security vetting, including:
5-year checkable employment or education history.
Criminal record check (DBS).
