Proactively develop new business and manage existing client relationships
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
Write engaging job ads and headhunt top talent using multiple channels
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and candidates
Negotiate offers and close placements to hit revenue targets
Stay on top of market trends and provide consultative advice to clients and candidates
1+ year of experience in agency recruitment or a B2B sales environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A self-starter with a proactive, commercial mindset
Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by success
Confident managing the full 360 recruitment cycle independently
