Base Salary: $60,000–$95,000
Commission OTE: $50,000–$160,000

We’re hiring a driven Business Development Manager to grow relationships and generate new business for a leading restoration and emergency services provider. If you enjoy being in the field, networking, and closing deals that truly matter, this role offers strong earning potential and autonomy backed by a proven sales process.
Generate new business through relationship-based selling and outreach
Grow existing accounts to increase lead volume and job size
Prospect, present, and sell restoration services
Build and manage a strong book of business
Meet or exceed sales activity and conversion KPIs
Attend networking events, trade shows, and community activities
Track sales activity and pipeline in Salesforce
Travel throughout the assigned region (some overnight travel required)
3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (restoration experience a plus)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with evening/weekend networking events
Experience using CRM systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Self-motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented
Competitive base salary + monthly incentives
Commission OTE: $50,000–$160,000
