Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and accuracy.
Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Record customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately.
Meet performance metrics including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company procedures.
Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in ongoing training.
