We are looking for a confident and motivated Call Centre Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. Based in our busy contact centre, you’ll be at the front line of our customer acquisition strategy — speaking with warm and cold leads, identifying their needs, and offering tailored product or service solutions.
This is a target-driven sales role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a hunger to earn through performance-based incentives.
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads
Understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products or services
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
Handle objections professionally and turn prospects into loyal customers
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand positively on every call
Work closely with team leaders and sales coaches to continuously improve performance
6 months+ experience in a call centre, telesales, or outbound sales environment
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by commission and performance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and phone systems
