We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems through data, building dashboards, and communicating insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate trends and performance.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify data needs and support strategic goals.
Use statistical methods to interpret data and provide recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Automate recurring reporting tasks using scripting tools where applicable.
Assist with data governance and quality assurance initiatives.
Document data processes, definitions, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficient in SQL for data querying and extraction.
Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
