We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to manage and maintain accurate data records for our organisation. The successful candidate will ensure timely input, validation, and processing of data to support smooth business operations.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
Coordinate and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
Verify data for completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies where necessary.
Generate reports and summaries as required.
Work closely with other departments to support data-related needs.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative coordination roles.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with databases is a plus.
Good organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with data protection regulations is an advantage.
