Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
Load and unload construction materials and equipment
Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and organizing tools
Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
No previous experience required; willingness to learn on the job is essential
Physically able to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus (training provided)
Reliable transportation to job sites
Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
