General Operative / Production Operative
Location: Brownhills
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Day Shift – 40 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm
The Role:
Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking General Operatives / Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company based in the Brownhills area.
This is a hands-on role involving a variety of production and assembly tasks, operating machinery, and using hand and power tools. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity for a permanent position following a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating production and assembly machinery
Using hand tools and basic power tools
Assembling components and assisting with general manufacturing tasks
Supporting production targets and maintaining quality standards
Keeping the work area clean and safe at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment preferred
A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Attention to detail and a focus on quality work
