Location: Walsall (Aldridge area)
Pay: £17.00 – £18.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 4-day working week, rotating shifts (06:00–16:30 & 13:30–22:00, Monday to Thursday)

We are recruiting for a growing manufacturing business with a strong order book and exciting opportunities for career progression. They are looking for a skilled Injection Moulding Technician / Setter to join their team in a modern, clean, and hands-on working environment.

The Role:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines efficiently
• Carry out tool changes and ensure smooth production processes
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise machine performance
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high production standards
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Technician or Setter
• Confidence with machine setup, tool changes, and process improvement
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to share knowledge and support colleagues
