The Inside Sales Specialist plays a vital role in driving new customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention. This position focuses on engaging potential customers, introducing them to products and services, and guiding them through their early experience to maximise value and satisfaction.
You will work closely with your manager and team, receive full training, and benefit from ongoing coaching and mentoring. This role suits someone who is target-driven, a strong communicator, and motivated to build customer relationships that last.
Convert leads into customers: Proactively contact and engage prospects, explaining benefits and converting them to the most suitable plans.
Achieve sales targets: Consistently deliver against monthly quotas for new customers, revenue, and call activity.
Manage renewals: Support membership renewals by assisting with payments and handling exceptions to maintain high retention rates.
Guide onboarding: Deliver proactive support during the onboarding phase to ensure strong adoption, satisfaction, and early success.
Deliver value in every interaction: Ensure each customer conversation builds trust, encourages product use, and promotes long-term loyalty.
Champion customer experience: Collaborate with peers and managers to keep the customer’s needs at the heart of your work.
Share insights: Provide feedback on customer experiences, recurring issues, and product suggestions to help improve processes and offerings.
Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a sales-driven role.
Sales experience is beneficial, but determination and ambition are most important.
