We are looking for an IT Project Manager with strong Systems Analysis expertise to oversee the delivery of technology initiatives. This role combines project leadership with hands-on analysis to ensure solutions meet business requirements, align with standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage IT projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
Conduct systems analysis: gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define functional/technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to align on objectives.
Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage change requests.
Oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
Report progress to senior leadership and drive process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of IT project management experience with strong systems analysis background.
Knowledge of SDLC, system integration, and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
