The Role
Bridge People is partnering with a client to recruit a Sales Executive for a full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong knowledge of IT services and business processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing a select portfolio of existing accounts, and helping clients solve business challenges through tailored technology solutions. You will receive structured training, coaching, and mentoring to support your success, along with exposure to proven sales methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client business processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Proactively target and acquire new customers within your market
Present and promote IT service offerings to meet client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
Deliver against sales targets and business objectives
About You
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline; MBA or business postgraduate degree preferred
Strong knowledge of IT services and digital transformation trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
Previous sales experience within technology, consulting, or IT services is desirable
Organised, proactive, and able to manage time effectively
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
