Overview

Bridge People is hiring an IT Support Specialist on behalf of a fast-paced, growing client. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their IT career who’s eager to build hands-on experience supporting users and troubleshooting everyday tech issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or ticketing system.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows/macOS).

  • Set up and maintain user accounts, devices, and access permissions.

  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.

  • Document issues and solutions to build internal knowledge resources.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff when required.


Requirements

  • 1+ year of IT support or helpdesk experience (internships welcome).

  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.


Nice to Have

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.

  • Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, ServiceNow, or similar.

  • Exposure to cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
