Bridge People is hiring an IT Support Specialist on behalf of a fast-paced, growing client. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their IT career who’s eager to build hands-on experience supporting users and troubleshooting everyday tech issues.
Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows/macOS).
Set up and maintain user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Support onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
Document issues and solutions to build internal knowledge resources.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff when required.
1+ year of IT support or helpdesk experience (internships welcome).
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.
Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, ServiceNow, or similar.
Exposure to cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
