Cleveland, OH | Full-Time + Overtime

Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and basic electrical systems (up to 480V)
Support stainless steel sanitation and sanitary welding activities
Monitor, adjust, and fine-tune equipment to ensure consistent, safe operation
Assist with fabrication, repair, and installation of machinery components
Work with pumps, valves, VFDs, and related systems as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards
Respond to urgent maintenance issues, including overtime and weekend work when required
3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred; dairy a plus)
Strong mechanical aptitude with solid electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation is a plus
Familiarity with VFDs, pumps, and valves preferred
Comfortable working in wet, physically demanding production environments
Reliable, flexible, and willing to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
