Job Description

Bright Match is proud to be partnering with an innovative and fast-growing SaaS company seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and scale their marketing strategy across North America. This fully remote leadership role offers the opportunity to build and shape a high-performing marketing function in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

As Marketing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, lead generation, and market positioning. You’ll lead a talented team and work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive B2B SaaS marketing strategy

  • Oversee demand generation, digital marketing, content, product marketing, and brand awareness

  • Drive qualified lead acquisition and conversion through multi-channel campaigns

  • Build and lead a high-performing, remote-first marketing team

  • Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and campaign ROI

  • Collaborate with Product to craft go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and launches

  • Optimize the marketing tech stack, tools, and analytics to improve performance

  • Align closely with Sales to ensure marketing supports pipeline and revenue goals

  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and measurable revenue growth

  • Experience leading and scaling marketing teams in remote or hybrid environments

  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, paid media, email, content, and lifecycle marketing

  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

  • Data-driven and highly analytical, with experience managing marketing KPIs and budgets


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in [insert relevant vertical: HR tech, FinTech, EdTech, etc.]

  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage SaaS companies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)
