Bright Match is proud to be partnering with an innovative and fast-growing SaaS company seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and scale their marketing strategy across North America. This fully remote leadership role offers the opportunity to build and shape a high-performing marketing function in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
As Marketing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, lead generation, and market positioning. You’ll lead a talented team and work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive B2B SaaS marketing strategy
Oversee demand generation, digital marketing, content, product marketing, and brand awareness
Drive qualified lead acquisition and conversion through multi-channel campaigns
Build and lead a high-performing, remote-first marketing team
Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and campaign ROI
Collaborate with Product to craft go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and launches
Optimize the marketing tech stack, tools, and analytics to improve performance
Align closely with Sales to ensure marketing supports pipeline and revenue goals
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements
7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving lead generation and measurable revenue growth
Experience leading and scaling marketing teams in remote or hybrid environments
Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, paid media, email, content, and lifecycle marketing
Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Data-driven and highly analytical, with experience managing marketing KPIs and budgets
Background in [insert relevant vertical: HR tech, FinTech, EdTech, etc.]
Experience in high-growth or early-stage SaaS companies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)
