We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to own and lead our social media strategy across all platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice, growing our audience, and driving engagement through compelling content and data-driven campaigns. This role blends creative storytelling with analytical thinking and is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media trends.
Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with broader marketing goals and campaigns
Lead the creation of engaging and on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.) in collaboration with designers and creators
Manage social media publishing and community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions
Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, etc.) and generate reports to inform strategy
Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, and recommend innovations or experiments
Coordinate with internal teams (product, customer service, HR, etc.) to support cross-functional initiatives (e.g., product launches, employer branding, events)
Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing (optional, depending on the org)
