We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, optimizing resources, managing staff, and driving continuous improvement to meet production targets and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations to meet production goals.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams to foster a safe, productive, and motivated work environment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or plant management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficient in ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
