We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent forecasting ability, and the capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed plans and schedules to support operational and sales goals.
• Analyze trends and performance data to manage resources and stock effectively.
• Monitor supply and demand, making adjustments to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with key departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of plans.
• Prepare performance and variance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through accurate data analysis.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain planning tools and databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and operational performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a planning, forecasting, or analytical role (preferably in retail or operations).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
