As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of telecom projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Manage internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution
Track and report on project performance, adjusting plans as needed
Ensure project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalation management
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across teams
Proven experience as a Project Manager in telecommunications or a related technical industry
Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, such as fibre, wireless, or mobile networks
Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
