We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of one or more residential or commercial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy, delivering excellent tenant service, and ensuring properties are managed in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
Supervise on-site staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient property upkeep and responsiveness
Maintain high occupancy by implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies
Handle lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and fair housing standards
Monitor property budgets, control expenses, and prepare regular financial and operational reports
Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally to foster long-term retention
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects as needed
2–4 years of experience in property management (residential or commercial)
Strong knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws, leasing practices, and building operations
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium)
Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make cost-effective decisions
High level of organization and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if overseeing multiple sites)
Property Management Certification (e.g., CAM, CPM, ARM)
Experience managing multi-unit residential communities or commercial properties
Familiarity with maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and capital projects
Bilingual skills are a plus (especially in Spanish, Mandarin, or other region-specific languages)
