Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new buyer and seller leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and community outreach

  • Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process with professionalism and care

  • Conduct property showings, open houses, listing appointments, and client meetings

  • Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, inspections, and closing procedures

  • Stay up to date with local market trends, pricing, and inventory

  • Manage your pipeline and transactions through CRM tools and company systems

  • Represent the brokerage brand with integrity and a client-first mindset


Minimum Requirements

  • Active real estate license in [State] (or currently in process)
