Job Description

Olex Talent Solutions is seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join one of our respected clients. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellent service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.

  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally.

  • Manage appointment bookings and meeting room schedules.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.

  • Perform general administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Assist internal departments with ad hoc tasks when required.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
