Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
Manage appointment bookings and meeting room schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Perform general administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist internal departments with ad hoc tasks when required.
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
