AI Promptly Hired, LLC is a U.S.-based staffing startup helping companies hire top AI and Machine Learning professionals faster and more affordably than traditional recruiters.
We’re building a global team of Commission-Only Recruiters and Business Developers (BDs) to join our 90-Day Launch Program. You’ll work remotely, earn high commissions, and collaborate with an experienced HR leadership team with 30+ years in staffing, recruiting, and corporate leadership.
This is a results-driven, commission-only opportunity — perfect for self-motivated professionals who value independence, flexibility, and performance-based pay.
Recruiters:
• Source, screen, and submit qualified AI/ML candidates
• Maintain candidate communication and documentation in Airtable
• Partner with BDs to fill client roles within 72 hours
Business Developers (BDs):
• Prospect, pitch, and onboard new client companies for staffing solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships in target industries
• Collaborate with Recruiters to ensure fast, accurate placements
Hybrids (optional):
• Manage both client and talent pipelines end-to-end
• Earn higher commission rates for closing both sides of the business

Contract / Commission-Only (Independent Contractor via Deel)
Duration:
Ongoing — begins with a 90-Day Launch Plan and can extend long-term based on performance.
Hours per Week:
Flexible / As needed — performance-based, not hourly.
Job Size:
Medium — recurring commissions based on clients and placements.
Freelancers Needed:
• 5–8 Recruiters
• 3–5 Business Developers
• Open to Hybrid candidates
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (tech preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working commission-only with unlimited upside
• Organized, proactive, and excellent communicator
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Airtable, Slack, and Deel (or eager to learn)
• Interested in AI, data, and emerging technology
Compensation:
Commission-based — paid monthly within five business days of client payment.
Earnings vary by performance and number of active clients or placements.
