As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice representing a respected brand. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression. Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
Deliver accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
Update and maintain customer records with attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and KPIs.
Uphold the client’s values and provide a consistently positive experience.
You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You’re self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
You have access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
Experience in a call centre or customer service role is beneficial, but not essential — full training is provided.
