Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and beverage market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including distributors, restaurants, retailers, and hospitality partners.
Present and promote products to clients, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Represent the brand at trade shows, tastings, and promotional events as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of sales experience, ideally within the food and beverage, FMCG, or hospitality sector.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities and customer focus.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with a passion for the F&B industry.
Valid driver’s license (if the role requires travel).
