Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Tech Sales Executive – Cybersecurity Training to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling cybersecurity training solutions to corporate clients, academic institutions, and individuals. You’ll work closely with prospective customers to understand their training needs, present value-driven solutions, and help them upskill or reskill in today’s fast-evolving cyber landscape.

This is a high-impact role that combines solution selling, customer engagement, and technical awareness in the cybersecurity and training space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity training products and services.

  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand customer needs and recommend tailored training solutions.

  • Present product demos, proposals, and pricing plans to decision-makers.

  • Work with marketing and product teams to align on messaging, content, and lead generation strategies.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools.

  • Develop long-term client relationships and upsell additional training services as needs evolve.

  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, threats, and certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP, CEH, etc.).

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B tech sales, preferably in training, edtech, or cybersecurity solutions.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and industry certifications.

  • Proven ability to manage full sales cycles — from lead generation to closing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling cybersecurity training, SaaS products, or technical education solutions.

  • Understanding of enterprise IT structures and cybersecurity training compliance needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
