Bridge People is partnering with a leading organization seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive innovation and efficiency across business systems. In this role, you will analyze user requirements, assess workflows, and identify opportunities to automate or enhance existing systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business goals while addressing system capabilities, scheduling, and integration needs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developers and programmers.
Consult with clients to understand information processing and computation needs.
Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to guide decisions on system implementations.
Observe job performance, interview staff, and survey processes to determine how information is captured and utilized.
Coordinate and integrate systems across the organization to improve compatibility and data sharing.
Advise management on system principles and ensure alignment across teams.
Modify or expand systems to enhance workflows, support new purposes, or optimize existing processes.
Must-Have Technical Skills
Strong understanding of APIs and file processing
Experience with web-based applications
Integration expertise with legacy systems
Proficiency in Agile methodology
Familiarity with Jira
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Icon IPF
Knowledge of FedNow
