Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities
Create detailed maintenance schedules, ensuring resources, materials, and manpower are aligned for optimal efficiency
Coordinate with maintenance teams, engineers, and production managers to minimise downtime and maximise performance
Review work orders, prioritise critical tasks, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met
Monitor and analyse maintenance performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement
Manage inventory levels for spare parts and materials, ensuring everything’s ready when it’s needed
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior planners and technicians
Utilise CMMS systems (like SAP, Maximo, or similar) to plan, track, and optimise maintenance activities
Experienced in maintenance planning, ideally within manufacturing, utilities, or industrial environments
Highly organised with a strategic mindset — you see the big picture but never miss the small details
Technically knowledgeable, able to understand equipment, processes, and reliability principles
A confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and digital planning tools
