Full-Time | Heavy Travel (Field-Based Role)
This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned Territory Manager who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and growing business from the ground up. You’ll take ownership of a developing territory while also nurturing a core group of existing customers—working independently, influencing growth, and serving as the face of the company in your market.

Own and grow an assigned territory by adding new accounts and expanding product penetration
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers through regular in-person visits
Spend the majority of your week in the field (4 days/week), with dedicated office time for planning and coordination
Manage customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate customer records, including pricing and account updates
Introduce new products and share industry trends and insights with customers
Work closely with brokers, distributors, and independently owned distributors
Address customer concerns related to pricing, delivery, and accounting
Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions as needed
Provide regular activity updates, reports, and insights to internal teams and leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and territory success
5+ years of experience in sales, territory management, or account management
Proven success working with distributors, brokers, and independent distributors
Comfort managing a large product portfolio (500+ SKUs over time)
Willingness to travel 90% of the time, with approximately 70% overnight travel
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presentations
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with the ability to work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools preferred (not required)
Strong territory planning, prioritization, and relationship-management skills
Field-based role with extensive regional travel
Approximately 4 days per week in the field
Overnight travel required
