You’ll work closely with attorneys, clients, and financial professionals on complex estate and trust administration matters, with the flexibility to be based in New Jersey, New York, or Florida.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of estate and trust administration from start through distribution

  • Support probate matters (experience with NJ, NY, and/or FL probate is a strong plus)

  • Communicate extensively with clients, financial planners, and accountants

  • Prepare federal and state estate tax returns

  • Prepare fiduciary accountings and related financial documentation

  • Coordinate estate asset distributions and trust funding

  • Draft and process deeds and related real estate documents

  • Maintain organized files, deadlines, and documentation across matters

  • Provide high-touch client service with professionalism and discretion

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in trust and estate administration

  • Strong knowledge of probate and estate administration processes

  • Experience preparing estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings

  • Superior communication and mathematical skills

  • Proficiency with estate tax software (ONESOURCE / Fast Tax preferred)

  • Experience with HotDocs and Microsoft Word is a plus

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters

  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently

  • College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred

  • JD or JD/Paralegal candidates will also be considered

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience

  • Salary range: $76,500 – $162,500
