Yard Operatives – Swadlincote

Location: Swadlincote
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Contract: Ongoing temporary work
Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts

Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd are recruiting Yard Operatives for ongoing work in the Swadlincote area. This role is ideal for reliable and physically fit individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work in a busy yard environment.

The Role:

  • Carrying out general yard and labouring duties
  • Loading and unloading materials safely
  • Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and organised
  • Assisting with basic maintenance and manual handling tasks
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Previous experience in a yard or labouring role preferred
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
  • Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
